Pryor to talk jobs during Hot Springs stop

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor is traveling to a Hot Springs water company to talk about jobs legislation he's proposed and to call for the reauthorization of the Export-Import bank.

Pryor planned to talk Thursday about his "American-Made Strong" package of bills he's introduced that are aimed at boosting job growth. Pryor planned to speak at Mountain Valley Spring Water in Hot Springs.

He also planned to talk about the Export-Import Bank, which provides loans, loan guarantees and credit insurance to overseas buyers of U.S. goods. The bank's charter expires in September.

Pryor is seeking his third term in office and is being challenged by Republican U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton, who represents south Arkansas' 4th Congressional District.
