Reward offered for accused rapist still on the loose

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says it is still searching for Anael Castro-Hernandez. Central Arkansas Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his capture. Call 501-340-TIPS(8477).
UPDATE (Monday 5:15 p.m.)
According to the police report Channel 7 just received, deputies were unloading inmates at the Pulaski County Courthouse when Anael Castro-Hernandez slipped out of his handcuffs and ran east on Markham Street toward the River Market.
A deputy chasing him stated that Castro-Hernandez then ran down Center Street for one block then turned again on 2nd Street. That is when the deputy lost track of him.
The deputy did find the inmate's discarded jail-issued shirt.UPDATE (Monday 12:00 p.m.)
Search teams from multiple agencies are currently looking for Castro-Hernandez in the Interstate Park area in Little Rock.
He was last seen wearing blue pants and a white t-shirt. Police say he currently has longer hair than in a previous photo that was handed out to the media.ORIGINAL REPORT (Monday 9:05 a.m.)
Pulaski County authorities are searching for a man who escaped custody Monday morning in downtown Little Rock.
Anael Castro-Hernandez, 30, was being taken to the Pulaski County courthouse for a hearing on 3 felony counts of juvenile rape when he escaped.
Witnesses say they saw Castro-Hernandez running from authorities.
Castro-Hernandez apparently shed his shirt, which authorities found near the Central Arkansas Library main location.
Hernandez is a Hispanic male, about 5 feet 1 inch tall and approximately 120 pounds.
