Democrat Mike Ross leads Republican Asa Hutchinson in the latest round of polling on Arkansas' governor's race.
The Rasmussen survey released Thursday shows 46% of respondents would vote for Ross. 44% chose Hutchinson. 3% like another candidate, and 7% are still undecided.
The poll was conducted via telephone August 25-26, and surveyed 750 people identified as "likely" Arkansas voters. The poll has a margin of error of + or - 4%.
The results show a switch in trends. All of the major polling in the race in the past few months have shown Hutchinson ahead by as much as 8 points. In fact, Rasmussen's last survey in late May showed Hutchinson up by 7 points.
