Ravioli Soup, 2/20/13

1 box-approx. four cups chicken stock or broth

2 Tbl minced green onion stems or Chives if available

1 package fresh or frozen ravioli

Salt and pepper to taste

Shredded Parmesan cheese


Bring {}broth, chives, salt and pepper just to aboil.{} Add ravioli and continue boiling, stirring lightly; until noodlesare Al Dente.{} Ladle into bowls and sprinkle generously with shreddedcheese.{} Serve with fresh bread.
