Ravioli with Swiss Chard and Chicken, 6/19/13

      1 pound Ravioli, cooked as directed on package and drained

      2 tablespoons olive oil

      1 bunch fresh Swiss Chard, washed, large veins removed and torninto bite sized pieces

      1/2 pound chicken, cooked and cut into bit sized pieces

      salt and pepper

      1/2 cup chicken broth

      Parmesan cheese, grated

      1. Cook ravioli and set aside

      2.In a large skillet,{}cook olive oil and Swiss Chard for afew minutes, till it starts to wilt. Add chicken and chicken broth to skilletand bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook{}for 2 to 3 minutes.

      3. Gentle add ravioli to skillet, toss carefully and top withparmesan cheese.
