A relentless Razorback defense forced 36 turnovers and the bench contributed 41 points, as the University of Arkansas women's basketball team (2-0) earned a 91-33 win over Oral Roberts (1-2) Wednesday inside Bud Walton Arena. "Keira Peak and Kelsey Brooks can really get up and guard and not get beat off the bounce," head coach Tom Collen said. "I told these players after the game in the huddle after the game that the thing I thought they did the best job of was they were able to pressure, but still contain. That's the kind of defense we're going to have to play early in the season." Holding the opposition under 35 points on the night, the Razorbacks forced 23 first-half turnovers to build a 30-point lead by halftime that would never be challenged. "I think our team defense is pretty solid," Collen said. "We pride ourselves on team defense. We're a team-oriented defense. These players are starting to buy into it." Jessica Jackson led all scorers with 19 points on the night, as the freshman reached double-digit scoring for the second straight game. Calli Berna finished the night with 11 points, eight assists and four steals.
