      Recipe: Tony's Creole Triple Stuffed Smokey Ranch Baked Potatoes

      Tony's Creole Triple Stuffed Smokey Ranch Baked Potatoes 4 whole baked potatoes Olive Oil 1/2 cup sour cream 10 slices bacon, cooked and diced 1 bunch green onions, sliced1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup parmesean cheese, grated 1 cup Smokey Ranch Sandwich Sauce 2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Bold Seasoning 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash potatoes. Rub with olive oil and place in foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour (or microwave without foil). Scoop out potato meat into a bowl. Mash with potatoes with potato masher. Add all ingredients. Stuff potato shells, top with shredded cheese and place back into oven. Serves 8.
