Smoked Gouda, Mushroom & Bacon Pizza Bites, 5/20/14

Alan Bennett Makes: 5 servings Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ingredients 1 can Pillsbury Grands flaky layer biscuits (16.3 oz) 1 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup Bacon, cooked & chopped 1/2 cup mushrooms, cooked & chopped 2 cups (8 ounces) Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Notes / Directions heat oven to 350F lightly grease an oven-proof skillet separate dough into 8 biscuits and then cut each biscuit into fourths In a large bowl, place first 5 ingredients (leave out Mozzarella cheese)in a mixing bowl Mix well to evenly coat each biscuit piece with the other ingredients Spread mixture in skillet top mixture with shredded Mozzarella cheese Bake 20 minutes or until Mozzarella cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown Serve warm
