      Ingredients

      • 4 cups chicken stock
      • 4 ounces tofu, cubed
      • 1/2 bunch spinach, de-stemmed and cleaned
      • Salt & White pepper, to taste

      Directions

      Bringchicken stockto a boil and add spinach.Add a pinch of salt.{} Turn heat off as soon as spinach is added. Add tofuand pinch of white pepper.
