Stuffed Cabbage Rolls2 heads green cabbage - mediumWash, discard outer leaves and core. Place in boiling water, core down. As leaves begin to soften, remove and drain. Do not overcook as it will be difficult to roll.Meat Filling1 c minute rice3 lbs. ground beef3 eggs3 onions1 TBS granulated garlic2 TBS pepper2 tsp saltSauce1 32 oz. tomato saucejuice of 1 lemon2 Tbs. brown sugar1 can whole cranberry sauceIn baking dish place sauce, then stuffed cabbage, more sauce on top. Cook covered for 45 minutes at 350*.
