Suspects arrested in connection with city's 31st homicide

Two suspects accused of killing 50-year-old Charles Gaskins early Monday morning have been located and arrested by the Little Rock Police Department.

Donte Davis, 20, and James Johnson, 19, were arrested Monday night around 9:30 p.m. during a traffic stop at Rodney Parham and Towne Oaks.

Both have been charged with capital murder in the death of Gaskins.
