"Two Million Bikers" converge on D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CNN) - In a response to the Million Muslim March underway on September 11th, motorcyclists have converged on the nation's capital for an event dubbed the "Two Million Bikers Ride".

Thousands of motorcyclists are meeting up in Washington, D.C. to pay their respects to the victims, heroes and survivors of 9/11.

Organizers did not receive a permit to have traffic blocked, so participants will be riding through streets in what could turn into an all-day event.

In fact, the bikers' exact route is being kept secret for security reasons.

Organizers are using social media to inform spectators where they can show up and cheer riders on to show their support.
