UPDATE: Monticello man acquitted in infant son's death
MONTICELLO (Monticello Live) - A jury acquitted Jackey Bostian Thursday in the murder of his infant son.
The 27-year-old was charged with first degree murder and first degree battery.
KATV's news partners at Monticello Live report the jury took three hours to decide, including 30 minutes of listening to tape recordings made of the family's discussions, that were admitted as evidence during the trial.
An estimated three dozen family members have watched the entire case.
