Victim in Monday's hit-and-run has died
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) —
Little Rock police have confirmed that the victim of Monday's hit-and-run incident has died.
Barry Livingston, 76, was pronounced dead late Tuesday night from injuries he suffered after police say a vehicle struck him while he was out for his morning run.
The incident happened some time around 6:00 Monday morning. A runner called 911 after he found Livingston unconscious on the curb of Amherst Cove and North Hughes Street.
Livingston was taken to a local hospital with severe head injuries and a broken leg. Police say his injuries were consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
