      2 tbsp diced candied ginger

      1 tbsp choppedmint

      1 tbsp chopped cilantro

      1/4 cup lime juice

      1 tbsp honey

      2 tbsp olive oil

      1/8 cup really goodtequila

      salt & pepper totaste
