Watershed has more coats for the needy

LITTLE ROCK - Just in time for really cold weather, the Watershed project has more coats to hand out to needy children and adults.

Reverend Hezekiah Stewart says Hangers Cleaners has dropped off between 200 -300 gently used coats for distribution, and those coats are being handed out right now.

In a campaign launched in November and wrapping up in December KATV viewers helped collect over 6,000 coats. The "Coats for Kids" program collected 1,500 more coats than it did the year before.
