      ( Sully Says ) You Can't Judge A Book By It's Cover

      You can't judge a book by it's cover.

      Justin Kroger is an editor at Channel 7.{}

      At first glance, you are sure to be drawn to Justin's ears. I don't know what they're called , but he has huge decorations{}that hang from his ears.{} They look painful. {} His arms are also covered with tattoos.{}{}

      Justin and I live in different worlds.{}

      My day usually ends at 11:30 p.m. I have a feeling his nights are just getting started at that time. He's cool, I'm not.

      I'll be honest.{} I didn't know what to think when I saw Justin for the first time. That was two years ago.{}{}

      Wednesday will be Justin Kroger's final day at KATV.{} He's leaving for a job in Los Angeles,California.

      The news department is losing one of it's most valuable employees.{}

      The anchors may be the face of the station, but a newscast wouldn't be very successful without video, and Justin is the most skilled video{}editor I've seen in my 30 years of local TV.

      He has been everything you would want in a co-worker.{} Anyone at KATV who's had any contact with Justin will tell you the same thing.{}

      Justin has always been eager to help, cool under pressure and highly professional.{} I don't know how many times I've caught him ( during downtime) watching tutorials on how to perfect his craft.

      One of the great things about my job is that I get to work with some passionate , talented young people.{} On the flip side, most like Justin, end up leaving for better opportunities.

      I'm glad I had{}a chance to work with Justin.
