7OYS Case Updates
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) -
Arrest warrants have been issued for two former Seven-On-Your-Side subjects.
And another has had his trial delayed...again.
While his defense attorney has requested and been granted another delay to prepare for trial, his client James Holt is about to begin his fifth month behind bars.
Holt faces two counts of negligent homicide after the pickup truck he was driving crashed in Yell county, killing both his fiancee and his toddler son. Charges were filed after it was confirmed that Holt had cannabinoids in his system at the time of the accident. An original October trial date has been pushed back twice now after requests by Holt's attorney. A jury trial is now set for January 18th.
Last week we told you about the $7,000.00 that Ludwik Kozlowski paid to HVAC contractor Jeremy Rupurt to install a generator for his North Little Rock home. We told you how no generator has ever been delivered. And we told you how Rupurt promised to refund Kozlowski's money by Friday. Well we can now tell you...he did not. It's another broken promise made by Jeremy Rupert.
In early October we told you how a young man had ripped off an elderly Benton woman by collecting nearly $8,000.00 to patch and seal her driveway. Last week a warrant was issued for the arrest of Manuel Cooper. Some have told Seven-On-Your-Side that Cooper lives in the White Hall area. If you see him, call the Saline County Sheriffs Department.
And a warrant has also been issued for Nick Massey. He is the Texas man who opened up Tow Storm Towing in Little Rock. Massey is wanted for the unlawful towing of dozens of vehicles.
Finally we got a tip that another one of our favorite scoundrels...Omar Rivers, or Omar the Tree Man...has been laying low down in the French Quarter of New Orleans. A warrant for Rivers out of Mississippi remains active.
