The Clean Eatery makes ground turkey sausage burgers

Chef Ryan Merritt of the Clean Eatery in Little Rock was on Good Afternoon Arkansas Tuesday making ground turkey sausage burgers which is a Keto diet and Paleo diet friendly option.

On the burger, Merritt put Petit Jean Thick-cut bacon, a range-free fried egg, and avocado.

For the side dish, Merritt made bacon & brussel sprouts with his Honey Sriracha Aioli, which is egg whites, honey and sriracha. He also brought along fingerling smashed garlic potatoes and whipped feta dip with beet & date crackers which is Gluten Free.
