Shrimp Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

Medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

Pesto

Cooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)

Red peppers

Artichoke hearts

Crumbled feta

White wine

Butter

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Sautee shrimp, artichoke hearts, and red pepper

Season with salt and pepper

Deglaze with white wine

Add cooked bowtie pasta

Add pesto

Add soft butter

re-season to taste

Plate

Finish with feta crumbles
