What's for Dinner? Star of India makes ChickenTikka Masala

Chef Sami Lal made Chicken Tikka Masala and Saag Paneer (Spinach cooked with homemade cheese) on Good Afternoon Arkansas on Monday.

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup fresh yogurt

• 1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

• 1 tsp of saffron

• Fresh ginger

• Fresh garlic

• Fresh yogurt

• 3-4 tbsps. garam masala

• Boneless Chicken pieces

• Fresh onions

• Fresh Cilantro

• Fresh Meethi leaves

• Fresh diced tomatoes

• Fresh Green Cardamom

• Turmic Powder (Haldi)

• Fresh Black Cardamom

• Cinnamon Stick

• 1 tsp of salt, or how much ever is need

Preparation:

• Take the Boneless Chicken and marinate with fresh garlic, ginger, and Turmic Powder, fresh yogurt and all spices

• Cook with Fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper, and yogurt

• Stir until chicken is cooked.

• Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with chicken pieces and serve with Cilantro as garnish.

SAAG PANEER (SPINACH WITH CHEESE) RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp of cream

• 1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

• 1/2 tsp of coriander powder

• 1 tsp Fresh ginger

• 1 tsp Fresh garlic

• 2 cups Fresh Spinach

• 3-4 tbsps. garam masala

• Fresh homemade cheese (paneer)

• Fresh Onions

• Fresh Cilantro

• Fresh Meethi leaves

• Turmic Powder (Haldi)

• 1 tsp of salt/pepper, or how much ever is needed

Preparation:

• Take the Boneless Leg of Lamb and marinate with fresh garlic, ginger, Turmic Powder, and all spices, then add the cream

• Cook with, salt, pepper, and cream until Lamb is cooked well and spinach looks well done.

• Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with Lamb pieces and serve with Cilantro to garnish
