West Little Rock Crossfit shows off simple workout with positive thoughts
Jeff Jucha, Owner West Little Rock CrossFit was on Good Afternoon Arkansas for Workout Wednesday showing us how to do a simple workout that anyone can try.
Working out doesn’have to be complicated or pricey. You can do a lot by keeping it simple and on your own terms, even at home. You can use your own body weight, using zero to minimal equipment. Jucha recommended using a chair to learn squats and using the wall for beginner burpees.
Jucha also talked about "bright spots," which is finding and thinking about three positive things that happened to you during the week or day while you're working out. He says the positive thoughts during your workout will create a positive association in your mind with working out.
