1 Apple - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 8 inch flour tortilla shells
8 ounces of Brie cheese
2 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 green onions, diced
1 tomato, diced
1. Cook apples and olive oil in skillet till apples are tender, about 4 or 5 minutes .Remove apples, wipe out skillet.
2. In same skillet, place flour tortilla, top with 1/4 of apple, 1/4 of cheese and 1/4 of bacon. Fold tortilla in half and grill on each side until cheese in melted. Set aside and repeat till all 4 quesadillas are finished.
3. In a small bowl mix together mustard and maple syrup.
4 Top quesadillias with mustard and maple mixture and garnish with green onions and tomatoes
