Apple Waldorf Salad, 12/20/13

3 Granny smith apples cubed (soaked in salt water or lemonjuice to keep from browning)

1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup red grapes sliced

1/2 low fat vanilla yogurt

1 TBS honey

Mix all ingredients in a bowel

100 kcal & 5 g fat/ serving but good omega 3 fattyacids!
