Banana Waffle, 2/15/13
12 Week Workout Participant
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel banana & mash with a fork. Beat with 1 egg. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour onto waffle iron. Cook until lightly browned.
Top with sliced strawberries or blueberries & a spoon of lite vanilla Greek yogurt.
