      Blackberry Crumb

      1 cup flour 1 cup sugar1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg beaten

      {}{}Blackberry Filling:{}2 Tbsp. flour {}3/4 cup sugar{}4-5 cups fresh blackberries{}1 stick unsalted butter, melted

      {}Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Make a well in the dry ingredients and blend in egg, mixing topping until crumbly. Set aside.{}To prepare the filling, mix flour and sugar in a small bowl. Place blackberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with flour-and-sugar mixture. Toss gently to evenly coat the blackberries. Transfer berry mixture to a well-buttered oval pot pie dish or 9x9x2 baking dish, and sprinkle topping over berries. Drizzle butter evenly over crumbly topping. Place baking dish on a baking sheet to prevent spillovers. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6.{}Good with homemade vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
