Cajun stuffed mushrooms

20 mushrooms, button or cremini, stems removed

1 pound cooked seafood: crab, shrimp, clams, oysters, etc.

8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup green onions

1 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon hot sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

topping:

1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter melted

1. Wash the mushrooms and removed to stems. Place in a single layer on a foil lined baking dish and bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.

2. Remove mushrooms form oven and let cool. While cooling mix together the remaining ingredients except for the topping,mix the topping in a separate bowl.

3. Fill the mushrooms caps with the filling mixture and top with the topping mixture, bake for about 20 minutes till cheese is melted and browned.
