Cheesy Potato Fans, 11/20/13

4 baking potatoes

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup cheese, I prefer mozzarella or cheddar, shredded

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

2 green onions, diced

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1, Cut potatoes into 1/8th inch slices, leaving them attached at the bottom of the potato. Put into a greased baking dish.

2. Mix together butter, salt, pepper and garlic. Drizzle mixture over potatoes and bake at 425 for about 50 minutes or until tender.

3. Mix together both cheeses, green onion, sage and Italian seasoning and sprinkle over potatoes and return to oven. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
