      Cherry Maple Almond Green Smoothie, 7/12/13

      1 cup unsweetened almond milk

      2 large handfuls of spinach

      3-4 inch piece cucumber, peeled if not organic

      1 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted if fresh)

      1/2 peeled banana

      1 tbsp almond butter

      1 tbsp Grade B maple syrup

      Handful of ice cubes

      Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender; blend until smooth. Makes 1 large serving.
