      • 2 Cups Cucumber Pure
      • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
      • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
      • 4 Cups Chicken Stock
      • 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
      • 1 tbsp Dill Weed
      • Salt & Pepper to taste

      PREPARATION

      1. Peel and seed cucumbers
      2. Pure and combine with other ingredients
      3. Salt & Pepper to taste
      4. Serve with your choice of garnish
