Deer bomb sausage roll

Hogg's Meat Market

1 lb. Cajun Deer sausage

2 whole jalapeno’s sliced in half and seeded

¼ lb. pepper jack cheese cut into 4 pieces

12 slices of bacon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400

Make 4 balls out of the sausage and flatten out

Place cheese in jalapeno

Mold sausage around the pepper and cheese

Wrap in bacon

Place in nonstick pan in oven

Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
