Fresh Vegetable Roast, 5/29/13

1 bunch fresh Asparagus-halved

2-3 fresh Yellow Squash-sliced

1 small White Onion-thinly sliced

2 medium Carrots-halved and julienned {}{}

3 tbl Basil flavored Olive Oil (or Olive Oil and driedBasil)

3 tbl butter

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Kosher Salt

Fresh ground Pepper to taste

Toss all vegetables in large baking dish; add oils andseasonings.{} Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for approx. 25 untildesired tenderness.
