GLG turkey & Swiss burger w/ house yogurt sauce
1 slice Swiss Cheese Cheese
1 each Bun, Brioche, 2.5 oz, Fresh
1 each Turkey Patty, Hand Rolled
2 tbsp Curried Golden Yogurt
1 each Tomatoes, Fresh, Each Slice
1/8 tsp Salt, Kosher
1/8 tsp Spice, Pepper, Black, Ground
1/2 tbsp Butter, Melted
1/4 cup Boston Bibb Lettuce
1. Pre heat grill
2. Make curried yogurt according to sub recipe, hold cold.
3. Form patty, grill turkey burger to internal temp of 165F.
4. Lightly toast bun with butter.
5. Top bottom bun with lettuce, tomato (seasoned with salt & pepper), patty, and curried yogurt
