      Gluten Free, Reduced Carbohydrate Chocolate Cobbler, 7/24/14

      Prep Time 30 minBake Time ~35 minCool Time Serve Instantly for Ideal Texture2 1/2 cups Splenda Zero Calorie Sweetener, Divided into 1 1/2 cups and 1 cup 2 cup Gluten Free Bisquick All Purpose flour 6 Tbsp & 1/2 cup cocoa, divided respectively4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups Whole Milk2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted3 teaspoons Gluten Free vanilla extract 1/2 cup firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar blend3 cups hot waterPreheat oven to 3500FStir Together 1 1/2 cups Splenda Zero Calorie Sweetener, Gluten Free Bisquick, 6 Tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.In a small bowl, mix 1 cup Splenda Zero Calorie Sweetener, Splenda Brown Sugar blend and 1/2 cup cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top. DO NOT STIR.Bake until center is set. Let stand. Use chocolate sauce in the bottom of the pan to spoon over servings. Garnish, if desired, with ice cream, whipped cream or mint leaf. Serve. Makes 16 servings
