      Gluten Free Tilapia, 8/14/14

      INGREDIENTS

      1 tilapia filet (or other white fish)

      quinoa flour for coating

      salt & pepper

      1/4 cup assorted citrus fruit

      1 tsp honey

      pinch dill weed

      extra virgin olive oil

      PREPARATION

      1. salt & pepper tilapia filet

      2. lightly coat with quinoa flour

      3. sauté in skillet with hot olive oil @ 3 min each side

      4. in separate skillet lightly heat the citrus

      5. add honey & dill, salt & pepper to taste

      6. plate tilapia, add remaining ingredients on top
