1 Big Handful of Baby Spinach1 cup of Almond, Soy or Coconut Milk1 Tablespoon Raw Cocoa Powder1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder (Non-Soy, please. Soy is great for you when it's mostly unprocessed, like edamame, tempeh, soy milk and tofu. {}Soy protein isolates that are found in Soy Protein Powders, bars and cereals and other processed foods are NOT good for you.)2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds1 Frozen Banana1 Cup of Blueberries. (Also really yummy with cherries or strawberries!)5-6 Ice Cubesstevia to tasteLayer ingredients in this order in your blender, blend until smooth and enjoy for beautiful skin! {}Makes two small snack-sized servings, or one large breakfast-sized serving.
