Hand pulled noodles with chili oil vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 2 1/3 cups Bread Flour

• 3/4 teaspoon of salt

• 1 cup water

• 1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions:

Blend in food processor until ball forms.

Let rest 12-24 hours.

Cut into 8's and let rest for 20 minutes.

Rub with oil and stretch.

Boil for 45-60 seconds, then toss with chili oil vinaigrette, fresh cilantro, and scallions.
