Healthy Holiday Trifle, 12/20/13

1 sugar free/ fat free angel food cake cubed into squares

1 large box sugar free vanilla Jell-O brand pudding mix prepared per directions with skim milk

12 ounce container of Cool-whip lite

2 large cans crushed pineapple in its own juice

2 large containers of fresh raspberries

Fresh mint leaves to garnish

100kcal & 0g fat per serving

In a trifle dish layer angel food cake, crushed pineapple- allowing juice to absorb into cake, prepared pudding, cool-whip and raspberries.

Repeat until dish is full.

Top final layer of cool-whip with a cluster of raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
