      How to make Delicious Gelato

      Gelatoby: Marc Haynes{}2 cups heavy cream1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup topping (berries, chocolate, pineapple, etc){}Add vanilla to heavy cream and whip to stiff peaks in large bowl. Chop toppings into small pieces. Stir into sweetened condensed milk. Fold in whipped cream.Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.
