Impossible blueberry custard

Wye Mountain Flowers & Berries

2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup biscuit mix

4 eggs

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup blueberries

1 tlb. turbinado sugar or brown sugar

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter ( cut in chunks) and vanilla in electric blender container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes; then sprinkle with blueberries and then with turbinado sugar. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
