Kitchen tested peach salad

4 peaches

2 tomatoes

1/2 red onion

1/4 c cilantro

3 tbspn chopped garlic

2 fresh serrano peppers

2 fresh jalapeno peppers

1 red bell pepper

1/2 c olive oil

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

S&P to taste

Chop all ingredients and mix in a large bowl and let the flavors marry for at least an hour preferably at room temp if to be used promptly. Refridgerate the left overs
