Lemon curd blondies

5 oz. white chocolate

1/3 cup butter

2/3 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup lemon curd (recipe for this will be available at the cooking class or purchase premade).

Melt butter and white chocolate. Add in sugar, eggs, vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in lemon curd loosely, you want it to be marbled. Spray baking pan with non stick spray.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
