Lemonade Icebox Pie, 6/17/14

      Alan BennettMakes: 8 servingsPrep Time: 15 minsIngredients8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed 8 ounces of Cool Whip (or 1 pint heavy cream, whipped to form like Cool Whip)1 (9") graham cracker pie crust yellow food coloring, optional to use Notes / DirectionsIn a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and condensed milk until smoothadd lemonade concentrate and beatIn a separate bowl, add heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form and it has the consistency of Cool Whipimmediately add the whipped cream to the other mixing bowl (lemonade mixture) and fold in evenlyPour into the 9" pie crustcover and refrigerate until set (usually takes a couple of hours)
