2 cups instant or quick grits -mixed per pkg. directionsplus 1/4 cup extra water
3 tbl butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 bar sliced Goudacheese (6-8 oz.)
1 cup fresh spinach-chopped
1/2 cup dried onions
Cook grits on stovetop per directions. Add butter,salt, spinach and cheese; stir until melted. Transfer to glass bakingdish and garnish with dried onions. Bake in preheated 350 degree approx.10-12 minutes.
