      Orange Juice Smoothie

      Orange Juice Smoothie

      1 cup milk

      1 cup water

      1 small (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate

      1/4 cup sugar

      1 tsp. vanilla

      2 cups ice cubes

      {}Directions:

      Place all ingredients in a blender until well blended and ice is chopped well. Serve immediately.

      Banana Nut Muffins

      {}Ingredients:

      {}2 cups sugar{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} 2 cups mashed bananas- 4 very ripe

      2 cups flour{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} 2 sticks butter- melted

      1 tsp. Soda{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} 1 cup chopped pecans

      1/2 tsp. Salt

      4 eggs

      Directions:

      In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and whisk together well.{}{}

      Stir in mashed bananas and melted and mix well.{} Fold in pecans if desired.{} Pour into muffin tins buttered and powdered sugared or with cupcake liners .{}

      Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until browned and well cooked.{}{} Makes 24 muffins.
