SUGAR BROWN LIGHT 1/2cup

HERB FRESH DILL - CHOPPED 1/3 cup (1/8 cup Dried)

SEASONING SALT KOSHER 2tbl

FISH SALMON FILLET 6 OZ 8 each

Olive Oil 1oz

Assembly Instructions

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Placefish, skin side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Rub sugar mixture overfish. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Preheat Pan Until Med/High Heat.
  • Wipe off remaining sugar mixture from fish witha paper towel.
  • Pan sear both sides of fish until Med Rare oruntil desired internal cooking temperature has been reached.
