Karo Syrup "Creative Cookie & Dessert Contest"

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
4 cups crispy rice cereal
Heat sugar, peanut butter and Karo light corn syrup together over low heat, stirring every few minutes until melted. Remove from heat and mix in cereal. Pour into a 9x9-inch greased pan and cool for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
