3/4 cup Peanut butter
4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Powdered sugar
8 ounces Heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
1 pre-baked pie shell
1/2 cup Peanuts, salted and chopped
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread into pie crust and smooth out.
- Top with peanuts and let sit in cooler for 2 hours before service.
