      Prosciutto Bread, 1/8/14

      1-tube refrigerated French bread or pizza dough

      1-tsp fresh pepper

      2-tbp chopped fresh Basil

      8-slices prosciutto

      Olive oil

      Directions

      Unroll one tube refrigerated French bread dough andsprinkle with pepper and chopped Basil. Cover with 8 slices prosciutto.Roll into a log and twist, pulling and shaping it into an 8-inch ring. Pinchthe ends together. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oiland bake at 375 degrees F until golden, 20 minutes. Brush with more oil; bake 5more minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with more oil.
