My favorite festive holiday mocktail! This drink is refreshing and delicious, and you’ll wake up with plenty of energy to go on and go to that early morning yoga class. No hangovers here!

Makes two drink servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves

Juice of 1 medium orange

2/3 cup of pure cranberry juice (no sugar added)

Sparkling water or soda water (not tonic)

Liquid stevia to sweeten

Directions:

1. Split the mint leaves and the orange juice and cranberry juice in two lowball glasses and muddle. Add ice to the glasses.

2. Add the soda water to fill the glasses the rest of the way. Add two or three drops of stevia to each glass to sweeten to your taste, adding more if needed.
